About the jobAre you looking for a job that combines development opportunities with an attractive compensation model? We are now seeking driven appointment setters for our office in Solna, just a stone's throw from the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia.
In the role of appointment setter at SuperB Group AB, you will contact companies to book meetings related to the sale of electricity agreements for Sweden's largest electricity suppliers, which gives you excellent conditions to succeed in the role.

What we offer:
Base salary + Generous commission
We offer a fixed base salary based on experience and a commission model that allows you to reach high salary levels.
35-hour work week
Monday – Thursday: 09.00–17.15
Friday: 09.00–16.00
Vacation
25 vacation days per year
Development, support, and community
We offer continuous training, coaching, and team activities to promote your development. After-work events, sales competitions, and other activities with fantastic colleagues.
1 wellness hour per week
We offer 1 wellness hour/week – Extended lunch on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Scope: Full-time
We are looking for someone who:
Is both communicative and service-oriented with a natural ability to build relationships and deliver high customer satisfaction.
Has strong commitment and drive to achieve your goals.
Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
Experience in appointment setting/sales is a plus but not a requirement.
Employment and start: We offer a 6-month probationary period, which will then transition to a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing.
